I’ve been coming here for quite some time now. Initially I came in to get the permanent makeup on my eyebrows straighten out. The removal process is much more extensive than having the brows put on but Ashley is definitely the person to come to for tattoo removal. She is the BEST. Since I’ve been coming here, I’ve engaged in getting permanent makeup which included new brows, upper and lower eyeliner and my lips which I totally love. I’ve also had VI peels which have improved my skin texture immensely. All the gals here are very professional yet they make you feel like family. Kudos to Ashley, Christina, Lana and Jennifer. I definitely recommend them all in each of their areas of expertise.Jan F❤️

This team is the best for ANYTHING you need. I had my eyebrows, eyeliner , lips, peels and micro-needling. My mother is a customer also. I feel like I’m hanging out with family when I go. Everyone there is picky, and will not disappoint!

Ashley Swain is a permanent make-up professional with the experience to back it up! I have used her for many years to keep my eyebrows looking full, shaped and most importantly for me, natural ! I highly recommend Ashley. She’s truly a master at her craft. Had two separate areas done, and they both turned out absolutely perfect. I had insecurities due to scarring and they have since completely vanished. Thank you Ashley for giving me newfound confidence and making me feel beautiful again. If you’re new at this, one small heads up - do save yourself the trouble and fill any recommended prescriptions ahead of time, and start taking it days before getting it done. I did this and had zero skin flare ups during the entire recovery process. Worth every penny!

Ashley concealed all my surgical scars within a few visits! She is also incredible at lip shading and eye liner/ eye brows and I may use her for these services in the future. I saw Ashley after not being happy with microblading that I had previously by another artist about two years ago. The previous artist made one of my brows thicker and less natural looking. Despite going back to my original artist for my touch up appointment and pointing out what I was unhappy with, she was never able to correct it.A friend recommended Ashley to me, and I’m so thankful she did! As soon as I arrived at the office I was warmly greeted by her assistant, Christina. When I met Ashley she pointed out right away my exact concern! I immediately felt confident in her work due to her thorough consultation where she explained in detail to me how the correction process would play out and that she developed the proprietary blend used to purge my previous pigment in order to even out my lop sided brows! After the removal process was completed she would then go in and use a mix of techniques to give me the perfect brows I always wanted!Thank you so much Ashley for helping me and giving me confidence!!! Now when people look at me I know they are thinking “wow what great brows” instead of “umm you’re eyebrows are uneven”. Ashley is a true artist!

Ashley's work is absolutely the most realistic and immaculate that I have ever seen in the eyebrow industry. I have gotten compliments on my eyebrows weekly for the past year and a half (yes, they are still there that long after!). This was my second visit and I had another amazing experience. Ashley is meticulous, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. I first went to Ashley back in 2016. I'd had previous permanent brows done elsewhere and they were horrible. Ashley walked me thru my options and assured me that they could be corrected. She was true to her word. My brows are perfect. I continue to see her for regular touch ups when needed. I just love Ashley and her assistant Christina. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend her. Her work is amazing.

I absolutely love my eyebrows. When i walked in I was greeted by Christine. She showed me to the room where I would be getting my service and started prepping me. Christine is WONDERFUL and really makes you feel at home. Ashley then came in and we started talking about how I like my eyebrows. Ashley is AMAZING. She talks to you through the entire procedure and is very attentive.I was super nervous about getting my eyebrows done but as soon as I walked in I just got that relaxed feeling and knew I would be In great hands. I love my brows and my eye enhancer! It makes my lashes look thicker at the base of my lashes. I was not going to do my liner in fear of it hurting. NOT AT ALL. I was numbed topically and didn't feel a thing! Ashley Swain in my book is an A+++++++

I'm in love with my new eyebrows! I was a skeptic (and am a total weenie when it comes to pain), but I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out. I have worked in the Cosmetic/Dermatology world for over 12+ years as a Sales Representative and have seen many different permanent makeup artists results. Hands down there is no other I would trust my face to. I have know Ashley for many years prior to becoming a patient myself. Being in the "Industry" I have seen many unnatural results and I have had the benefit of knowing personally many of her clients she has worked on in multiple practices. If you have been thinking about doing this don't wait, I had mine touched up last night and have already been getting many complements. I had Ashley do permanent make up for my eyebrows. I naturally have no arch and my hair is so light it's clear. She balanced the shape of both eyebrows and chose a color that looks so natural that no one can tell I have permanent makeup. I was very nervous to have it done because I've seen so many that people have that are so unnatural, but I am in love with my eyebrows and save so much time doing my makeup now!

I have been going to Ashley for 3 years now for permanent makeup, specifically my eyebrows. Before I went to her, I had little to no eyebrows and would spend every morning trying to draw on my eyebrows. Needless to say, they never looked natural and the shape was ridiculous.Ashley has since then CHANGED my life! I just saw her for a touch up appointment two days ago and I felt I needed to write a review for her! I'm telling you, you won't regret meeting with her! I'm getting married in 3 months and she perfected my eyebrows for me once again and I feel gorgeous as ever! If you're interested in permanent makeup, Ashley is your girl! :)

Ashley Did an amazing job. She is an expert in the field. The only Problem is that it faded within six months. When I phoned he the r assistant told me i wold be charged Half the Price to have it relined. Very disappointed it faded so soon!

I had my upper & lower lids done and I love the way they came out. She's a true perfectionist and talented artist. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in the door.
